Shipping FAQ

Here is a quick guide to how Super Sweet Studio ships stickers, cards, postcards, prints, and small goods.

Where do you ship?

Stickers, greeting cards, postcards, and prints can be shipped within Canada and internationally by untracked letter mail when eligible.

Washi tape, mini pouches, coasters, and keychains are currently Canada-only items.

Why are some items Canada-only?

Some items are thicker or heavier than letter mail and need parcel-style shipping. International parcel shipping is not available for these items at the moment.

Do orders include tracking?

Sticker, card, postcard, and print orders usually ship by untracked letter mail. Canada parcel orders for heavier items may include tracking depending on the shipping method shown at checkout.

How long does processing take?

Most orders are packed by hand from my home studio. Please allow a few business days for processing before your order is mailed.

What if checkout says my order cannot be shipped?

If you are outside Canada, your cart may include a Canada-only item such as washi tape, a mini pouch, a coaster, or a keychain. Please remove Canada-only items or use a Canadian shipping address.

Can I combine items in one order?

Yes. If your order includes heavier Canada-only items, the available shipping options will be based on those items.
